Aglio e Olio Recipe Gift Box

The origin of pasta aglio e olio (olive oil & garlic) is from southern Italy and specifically Naples. The dish is simple and we here at Etto have put a special twist on it by adding an extra layer of salty goodness with fried capers.

• 1 2023 Vermentino & 1 2023 Barbera
• 1 tube Gia Garlic Paste
• 1 8.45 oz bottle San Giuliano Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 jar Italbrand capers in water
• 1 jar Italbrand Spaghettata seasoning (dried chilli peppers, parsley, garlic, salt, dried tomatoes
