2022 Gemellaia

60% Merlot, 40% Sangiovese

Our Gemellaia is our third variation in our study of Sangiovese but presented as a more sexy and supple version with the combination of Merlot. The combination of two of the world's most noble grapes combine to make a wine that surpasses the sum of its parts. The 2022 continues our recent string of wines that have a wow factor that might impress a most discerning “wine snob” friend, yet make more sense without that friend, enjoyed for a private intimate evening, with a Tuscan-style porterhouse steak.
