The beauty and consistency of Aglianico grown in Paso is remarkable. This thick skinned grape, that’s always the last to come into our cellar, handles the hot days, cool nights and whatever else mother nature throws at it with ease. This results in a wine that has both heft and ease, with a core of dried violets and lip-smacking acidity. We find this vintage to be even more serious than the previous.
