Our version of the classic sweet wine of Tuscany is called Santo Vino. Made in the traditional way by drying grapes on straw mats and aged in small barrels for around 10 years, the wine has classic dried apricot character with aromas of orange peel. Great with biscotti or cheese after a pasta dinner.
