This is a new addition to our Fatto a Mano lineup. This series gives us an opportunity to experiment in the cellar and this is the most prominent example. Aroma of yuzu, cooked pineapple, passionfruit, hay, some floral elements with white pepper. The wine is medium bodied and racy with soft tannin and some stems. On the palate there is bright pineapple, passionfruit, yellow curry with bell pepper.
